He is amazing and an excellent ペンギン scientist. I like his height and how lovely his voice is (to me it is! XD) Anyways, to me, he is a wonderful representation of EPICNESS. Nothing is better than a penguin/inventor/scientist/liuetenant that is extremely HOT! I also 愛 how he treats his inventions like there his own kids (it makes me giggle everytime.) and his voice..... so formal and educated!!!!! Omg he just makes my ハート, 心 melt every time I even think of him!!! <3333

Mine is Private. Private is the sweetest, cutest, most adorable ペンギン EVER!! I 愛 his accent. Plus the fact that he is the youngest of the team. I think Skipper's pretty mean, slapping him all the time. (Sorry Skipper fans) But anywho, Private's a sweetheart and I 愛 HIM!!! :D I'm an epic fangirl.
My 秒 favourite is Skipper, ironically. He's like a father to Private, in my opinion. He's paranoid, but that's ok. It makes him funnier. He thinks everyone is a spy.
Kowalski is so close a third, sometimes I think he's acutally my 秒 fav. He's is so smart and funny when he hears キャンディー mentioned. または when he gets hit on the head, he says really not so smart things. I 愛 the episode, Brain Drain. And when he did his poem to Doris in, Hot Ice. That was REALLY funny.
Rico (obviously) is my fourth favourite. I 愛 how he can chuck up anything the penguins need. And when he randomly regurgitates that chainsaw. And his 愛 of "FEE-SH".

Just swap Kowalski with Private and Private with Skipper and that's the order I like them in now.
11 months ago, my answer was Skipper. Now, since just last month, my answer is Rico. XD Partly because in this collab I'm in, I'm paired up with him. And mostly because I 愛 his 愛 for explosions, his obsession with fish, and all in all his insanity. Yet, he still is fiercly loyal and would defend any of his フレンズ till the death.
