* Speaking of Michael Nouri, I saw him on All My Children the other night. I'm not into soap opras but I decided to watch anyway because he was on there. And let me tell you, it was so freakin' weird seeing him act as a normal average guy after watching him play Eli David for so long. I just couldn't believe it.

^ Well, considering that I'm an adult now my parents could care less on how late I stay up or sleep in, etc so they just leave me alone.. But even when I was a kid/teenager they pretty much left me alone or let me do whatever I wanted, because they figured that if I stayed up too late and was really tired the next day or slept in late and ended up missing something because of it, it was my own fault and I had to deal with it.

^. I break out the scented candles, hop in the tub for a nice hot bath to help me relax and start thinking about something else other than the thing that is making me have the anxiety.
