17. Fai D. Flourite from "Tsubasa" The most kick 尻, お尻 magician to ever live. Why? Because he's also a fucking half vampire!!!He's funny, cool, the best actor in the manga/anime and he's epic as hell.

12. Kurama from "Yu Yu Hakusho" His back story was the best out of all the characters in the sires. He's mysteries, Calm and when he fights he's a cold blooded killer. He has two forms one human the other a demon 狐, フォックス known as Yoko.

11. Larg Mokona from "xxxHOLiC" As I 発言しました before, Mokonas are the cutest アニメ creatures to ever be made Larg is an alcoholic that likes to mess with people mostly Watanuki

10.Konata Izumi from "Lucky Star" Any otaku should know and adore this Shorty, blue haired high school girl. She loves video games, Anime, マンガ and anything related.
    
9. Tomoyo Daidouji from "Cardcaptor Sakura" Sakura's obsessive 秒 cousin she fallows Sakura around and films her every 移動する creepy? Yes. Funny? Fuck yeah! Tomoyo is the shit. She was the first to notice that Syaoran liked Sakura.
