It played on The Movie Channel YEARS ago.

I remember the opening scene:

Guys were playing poker and it was smoky and a girl walks in and takes off her panties and puts them on the 表, テーブル and says "you aren't playing for the panties" so they guy that wins goes off into the room with her and ......
