Appearance: dirty blonde hair and clear light blue eyes, touqe または beanies, usually has head gear.
Powers/Skills: he has the ability to turn translucent and turn others translucent によって touch (etc. holding hands), he can walk through walls and objects in his translucent state. He has skills in balance as he hovers on a hoverboard when invisible for quick get aways ( skateboard skills). Combat skills but he usually uses combat in his favour によって being translucent when fighting.
Personality: Conrad is a laid back person who often doesnt really care what happens. But when he has to take a ;eadership role he will ( very rarely)
Civvies: touqes, beanies, snapbacks あなた name it hes always got head gear on, its rare that he isnt wearing head gear. he wears sweaters, regular t-shirts, jeans, and skater shoes または converse.
Past: he is pretty much open about his past and what has happened in his life. he is very easy to get to know and get honest opinions from. he speaks his mind and really doesn;t care what others think of him.
Others: he is single, and usually is found where he can skateboard または just relax. Also he often gets in trouble with バットマン and doesnt listen.

Summary: A meta-human named Adam Evans, Rubberband Man, attempts to get revenge on Ice Pack, a rapper who ストール, 盗んだ a song he wrote. Virgil gets a job at Burger Fool and loses it when he had to sneak out to take care of business as Static.
SOOO sorry this took so long!!!!!! I watched it this morning and totally forgot to put it up!!!! Anyway: the moral of this episode is never steal. Especially from a powerful meta-human with a lame name.
