Note: Harley's encounter with The Labs and being Controlled for some period of time made her loose a part of her brain that ensures trust and love. With her new inability to love, she has remained single, even with Skylar's attempts to try and get her to 愛 him again.

When バットマン throws her off the team, and abandons her, not allowing anyone either from YJ または JL to communicate with her, she turns to a life of crime. Some what like Catwoman, thievery, but still has a conscious.

Summary:
During the クリスマス season, ice and snow blow through Dakota. Static soon realizes it comes from a Bang Baby with cryogenic powers named Permafrost. Permafrost, however, is merely a young homeless, orphaned girl who has mental problems from trauma as a young child, who can not control her powers as they occur when people ignore her as she begs on the streets. Static must somehow convince her to calm down and accept his help.
