Prologue
The sun is just 分 from rising and the night is growing lighter. An alter made entirely of blue marble, jade, and amethyst is illuminated. Two tiny 赤ちゃん lie on 上, ページのトップへ writhing and screaming in discomfort. They are naked, only a few days old and the chill of the stone slowly seeping into their BONES(ボーンズ)-骨は語る- will surely kill them. The larger of the two will not stop screaming while her twin just sobs quietly.
Their frail mother stands a few feet away determined to finish what she came here to do but her eyes are bloodshot and red raw from her constant tears. But she is not alone. Her husband stands beside her a pillar of strength. The pair couldn’t be もっと見る different.
He has hair as red as the now rising sun and eyes as blue as the deepest ocean. He is stockily built with muscles straining to burst out of his clothes. A birthmark または perhaps a tattoo- half hidden によって his clothes- runs down the side of his neck. It is 草 green and seems to depict an upside-down 三角形 with a line through it. An unusual choice for anyone let alone a man that looks as though he could rip your head off with his teeth.
His wife hides herself away in the protective arm he wraps round her. She is small, thin and mousy with lank, wispy, brown hair and pale, brown eyes. She seems to be constantly trembling from cold または fear and her skin is paper thin 表示中 the outline of every bone. あなた can see a pale ライラック tattoo on her left ankle almost exactly the same shape as her husband’s except it’s the right way up.
She’s still crying but her husband gives her a hard look and she hastily dries her tears. They turn and walk away leaving their children behind.
They remain stranded on the alter. They scream but there is no one to hear. But they have to keep crying. If they don’t they’ll die. First one girl goes silent then the other. The air is deathly cold.
It seems the twin’s fate is sealed but then a middle-aged man- maybe in his fifties- walks his dog によって the clearing where the 赤ちゃん lie. Hearing their screams he gives a gasp of surprise and rushes over to them, his blue eyes wide.
Cradling them to his chest he looks desperately around for someone, their mother perhaps, anyone to tell him what to do. But the clearing is deserted. So Sam (for that was his name) had no choice but to take them ホーム to his wife. She would be angry, he knew but he had no choice. He couldn’t just abandon them, not when their own parents had already done so.
Sam was terrified of is wife. He was ashamed to admit it but it was the cruel truth. He was scared of his own wife. Bertha was big with huge beefy arms and huge rolls of fat spilling over her tight floral skirts and bulging beneath her worn apron. Her hair was in blonde curls that were hair sprayed within an inch of their life and her face was a ruddy red. She liked everything just so and always immaculately clean. If something wasn’t up to her high standards then Sam knew he would get the sharp edge of her tongue.
Of course he knew he could leave whenever he wished- Bertha was never violent she just shouted a lot- But he loved her. She had a soft ハート, 心 under all that bluster and she was an amazing cook besides. So he stayed. But god knows what she would say when he brought two stray children home.
He couldn’t fathom how someone could just run off and abandon their kids like that, he had always longed for kids but Bertha was unable to give him any due to her being born with no womb. Sam had known these girls all of five 分 and he already loved them as though they really were his own. He could only hope Bertha would too. Juggling both the dog and the 赤ちゃん nestled inside his コート Sam hurried ホーム before they all died of cold.

Kat's POV
---------------------
"I think they're dating..." some girl 発言しました to her friend as we passed them, holding hands. We didn't care what they said, and all of it was true. We were dating, we were in 愛 with eachother. We kissed eachother in public, we held hands, we told eachother we loved them every 5 minutes. I didn't like to wonder what would happened when Will found out about this, または what I would do when his time came.
AFTER SCHOOL
------------------
"Love you, Sadao." I told him.
"Love you, too, babe."
We kissed eachother, and thought of what to do, considering it was Friday. "We could go out to eat again!" I suggested. "Just somewhere except for that sushi place, I'm getting tired of that place." So, we decided to go to a ピザ place a couple blocks down.

I'm looking at the black ceiling, in this empty room I sit.
I'm leaning my back on cold ウォール where light of the sun can't reach me.
I don't have any peace, same pictures are repeating in my head.
The grey clouds rise above and I'm goin out for the rain.
Let the cold drops from the skies give me peace and break my sadness.
But even hard rain can't clear thoughts of you.
And feels like I'm falling in deep abyss, dark water swallowing me as I close my eyes and turn my head up to sky.
It's eating my mind, taking away my dreams.
Oh please pull me out, stay with me.
Today I'm not goin out, I'll reamin in the dark waiting for you.
I'll defy to all my desires cause I can't ask anymore from you.
I'll be 歌う only for あなた my angel.
Oh please pull me out, stay with me.

This is a true event. It happened on 1/22/12. I just rewrote it as a short story.
I was in the snow.
Kevin, Noah, Mackenzie, and Jake were there too.
Kevin wanted to play Ice Yeti, a game in which some people are tackled, and the others are the tacklers. I was a tackler along with Kevin and Jake. Kevin 発言しました he and Jake would go after Mackenzie, and that I should get Noah. I blushed a little. I like Noah. A lot. We started out, splitting into two groups. Noah was fast, but he got tired quickly. He suddenly turned around, and we collided. We were in the snow, me on 上, ページのトップへ of him. He grinned up at me, his brown eyes shining. I knew at that moment how much he liked me too. I could see in his eyes the longing. He wanted to キッス me, right then and there. But the others were still around... watching. He sat up, and I was then in his lap. He helped me up, giving my fingers a squeeze, and we continued our game.
