I was hiding around the corner, watching the hallways. Class had just been dismissed so it was about to become really crowded out here. I kept my eyes on the locker in front of me. It was Nick's. I continued to hide behind the wall, waiting for him to 表示する up. Why was I so anxious for him to 表示する up, あなた ask. Well earlier this week that varmit had shoved me in my locker. She was probably about to give me some lecture about how unsafe that was. "You do know that his locker is on the other end of the hall, right?", she said. "Daggone it. So, who's locker is that?", I asked. "How should I know", she 発言しました walking off.

I turned back around and noticed someone walking up to the locker. "Don't open that!", I yelled as I ran out from behind the wall. "What?", they 発言しました confused. But it was too late. I pushed them out of the way, falling to the floor in the process. The firecracker shot out of the locker making the most awful noise. "Wha..What happened?", they asked. I looked down to see a girl. Her redish オレンジ hair covered her face. I stood up and grabbed her hand, pulling her up. "Sorry bout that. I...", my voice trailed off as she pulled her hair out of her face. She looked up at me, confused. Her eyes met mine. They were so green, like a pasture in the middle of June. "I..I", I stuttered. I couldn't talk. I tried my hardest but I couldn't get any words to come out. All I could do was stare at her.

We never spoke a word but every thought she had I heard from across the room....

~A Couple Months Later~
