When the door slowly opened Stefan raced to the door and as soon as Elena got in he slammed it. Elena started breathing fast when she saw the fury in his eyes. He let go of her and went with his fingers through his hair, frustrated. “I’m sorry” he said, raising his hands and stepping backwards. “I’m sorry” he repeated. “You’re right, I don’t own you” He lay his hand on her cheek. “I’m just so scared I might lose you. You’re the reason I came back.
