I'm just a little confused...If the sun and moon curse doesn't exist then why are ヴァンパイア weakened によって the sun and 狼男 bound によって the moon...is it because of the curse on Klaus? Please Enlighten Me...Thanks :)

Remember when Elijah was telling Elena that every creature has a weakness. And that is because it brings balance? Well, ヴァンパイア are weakened によって the sun and 狼男 are bound によって the moon because that is their weakness. No curse involved.

So, the sun and the moon curse doesn't exist, yes. That was made up によって Klaus and Elijah eons ago. The real curse is the curse on Klaus. That is because he is a hybrid. The werewolf part of him remains dormant because of spells that were cast upon him. No one believed someone should possess that much power.
