あなた have most likely downloaded some bad custom content. I would advise looking in the "installed content" section in the game launcher and deleting any thing that says naked/nude, grim reaper, horse body または all ages. Do this and the 赤ちゃん should be fine. But beware that doing this can cause invisible babies!
