Unfortunately I haven't heard many of them but I really like Sarah Brightman and Andrea Maho from the Hungarian cast.

Mmm... I definitely liked Rebecca Caine, Sierra Boggess and Anna O'Byrne who were mentioned above. But there's also Samantha Hill, Gina Beck, Rachel Barrell, Lisa Vroman, Mary Michael Patterson, Harriet Jones and Katie Hall (who was just 16 when she first played the role!) who definitely deserve to be discovered.
