There's only so much a government CAN do. I understand what you're saying, but they're もっと見る focused on keeping enemies that will slit your throat out of the country. Besides, being online is something that the government can't really control. It's between us and the computer. It's really that simple.
I don't know why they would be so cruel about this, but we have the power to make a difference and they'll pass a cyberbullying law. But we must have HOPE.
