Author's Note: I would like あなた all to know that this task was exceedingly difficult. First of all, I narrowed it down to ten in link and that was hard enough. But I decided to organize them into a 一覧 like this, and that was tremendously hard. All of the people on this 一覧 beat out heavy competition, and I respect the one in tenth place as much as I respect the one in first place. There was a lot of switching around. Also, this 一覧 is incredibly biased.

After my last article, and the discussion going on over at the link, I've been thinking a lot about the rights of a child, または a fetus as the case may be.

The phrase in the UN Declaration of Human Rights is “All human beings are born free and equal,” a modern rephrasing of the US Declaration of Independence’s “All men are created equal.” But what does the phrase “everyone” または “all human beings” entail? Does it really mean everyone? Immanuel Wallerstein points out the problems with being so absolute:
