Why must he act like he's the mature one here when none of us are? I thought. "Earthquake, I'm going to kill Blaster one 日 and あなた know it!!" Earthquake looked at me with a strange look. "Scorch, you're not going to kill him. あなた say things and あなた never do them." Of course as usual he was right. Why must he always be right? "Hey did anyone else hear something?" asked Blaster. Earthquake and I exchanged glances. "We didn't hear anything Blaster." 発言しました Earthquake. Then how come he did? I asked myself. "Hm... I'm going to follow the sound." 発言しました Blaster. Then he ran as fast as he could after the sound. "Scorch, should we go after him?" asked Earthquake. "No, just let him. If he gets in trouble, he'll come running back like a cheetah with a sugar rush." I don't know why but I always 発言しました this about Blaster. Then we both heard a big crash. I really hope that was a chemical plant explosion... I thought. And then that's when everything went down hill...

Spirit The Cat is an eleven-year-old turquoise cat. She has a long-standing relationship with Frostbite The 狐, フォックス , whom acts as a mother figure, despite Spirit's mature nature and independence. Her main weapon is 'Soul fire', the name of purple flame-like orbs she can summon that do not burn, but actually feel quite cold.

Spirit is a emotionless, mature girl, with a very disinterested attitude, regarding most matters. However, her distant attitude and reluctance to speak about her feelings can work against her, and she often finds that people do not understand her true intentions....

It is still screaming from after the two knives stuck in its chest. I cannot stand to listen to the screaming. I yank the knives out, and fall backward. I feel weak. My arms will not lift, and my legs will not either. The creature still screams, and as it continues to do so I feel weaker and weaker. I feel so ill; I want to leave the room but it’s like the screaming is keeping me here, making me listen to it. It is a punishment, like what the arms did to my thumb, and I deserve it.

I cannot even bring myself to speak, to say sorry to the creature. I try to and all that comes out are whimpers....
