Why are all the main-set main cast characters, employees and Benson, male?

Okay, JG Quintel is most likely not a sexist. The demographic he's trying to reach is most likely male, hence most of the characters are male.

Because the creator of the 表示する I guess like Male characters than Female characters but if they will add もっと見る characters maybe a female characters because maybe the word '' park workers'' maybe like all male work there than female but they may maybe also okay if the main characters have a female worker there または something like that

Honestly I just think it was JG Quintal's choice to create it and have that way,don't think there was anything behind it.

Seriously, Margaret and Eileen might as well be considered part of the main cast, as the appear as often as some of the park workers now. I guess being a park worker isn't exactly a female job, but hey, they might get another intern または worker または something who's female. A secretary, maybe ?

I do think its sexist. In fact, I think if they are making fun of one gender, they are making fun of MEN! Do あなた SEE how many stupid situations (most) of the boys get in. That is including Skips.
