Red Leicester has always been my favourite, with wensleydale a close second, Caerphilly as third. But they have different purposes, RL is good in a sandwich, W is good on crackers, C is just nice on its own and MC is good for toasties.

I dont know the name of my fav cheese BUT this picture looks like it so i chose this one :P
and i likee mild cheddar chesse and sometimes i like stilton <--- Only with crackers, NEVER by itself :P

i don't know whats my favorite so i picked mild chedder because i like that kind i think i also like wensleydale cheese it sounds familiar my favorite is the laughing cow cheese i don't which kind though :)
