I heard a coyote howl outside when I was in elementary school, and I didn't sleep right for days.

I'm pretty much used to them at this point. They live in the woods at my grandparents' place and I've been going up there since I was a really young kid. My parents' house was built in a developing neighborhood as well so when I was around 5 (and first moved there) coyotes were quite common (not so much anymore now that the town has grown).

But they're pretty spooky.

Never heard a Coyote so idk :/

When I was like 12 I got myself a complete hour-long album containing only wolf howls.

I never heard a coyote howl before but I seen them in real life.

I find the Wolf's Howling more calming, I must say. As the Video for it suggested, it gives me the chills in a good way at the same time !!!!

I agree the wolf call is more soothing and the coyotes are more spooky.
