Dresses are better because they are smatter and you feel more proud

You normally don't have to look for a shirt to match with dresses. :P

I like both, as I am an avid consumer of frilly clothing. However, I primarily wear Lolita fashion, so most of the clothes I buy are from Asia. As a result, often times a one piece dress or jumperskirt will fit my waist but not my breast. Skirts fit me more often so I've grown accustomed to buying and coordinating skirts.
