I don't really have this problem - I though, sometimes interrupt others - not meaning to be rude - but when a 質問 enters my mind - if I don't get it out - I sometimes forget it - only to remember it after the person has gone. Also, sometimes I am in a hurry, and I have to interrupt the person - to get to the bank on time または to be at the としょうかん, ライブラリ on time.
