Well, to actually ANSWER the question, probably dog または cat. I know that makes me sound like a huge monster, but あなた can't knock it till あなた try it. I'd at least like to know how they taste before going "Omg the Japanese are literal monsters, they eat CATS."
But other than that, probably duck, venison, または goose.
