Shoes can't be that important. But I bet あなた have money, so why don't あなた but them yourself? My parents stopped buying stuff for me when I was six. I've learned to save up my money since then. If you're sixteen, あなた should have a decent amount of money to buy the shoes yourself.

This is just sad.... and pathetic. If I threw a fit in a store over a pair of shoes like that (especially if I was 16) my parents would have smacked me across my head. あなた have to be thankful for what あなた have.
