The Mayans never actually 発言しました the world is going to end though. Their calender just ended and everyone automatically assumed that means the world is supposed to end.
As we know it's NOT going to end. A theory speculates that the planet Nibiru, supposedly discovered によって the ancient Sumerians, is on a crash course towards earth. Originally, this planet was supposed to crash and burn in May 2003, but when that didn't happen, the doomsday prophecies were changed to link the event to December 2012. Again, it's not true. The world will not end in December. We all can enjoy celebrating 12.21.12 as the first 日 of winter and not the end of the world. :)
Its not. But the Junjou Romantica OVA is coming out on the 20th, and they say the world is ending on the 21st, so its all good as long as I get to watch my yaoi~
Go back to my mother's old log キャビン where I grew up. I've always wanted to but was kind of afraid. I think if I knew the world was going to end I would be pushed enough to see my old ホーム again.
