If あなた WANT to be a goth, あなた shouldn't be INSULTED または ASHAMED for being called a goth. It's what あなた want right? Don't be ashamed when your parents call あなた goth. Say "Thank you! You've noticed~." または something like that. Become what あなた want, and see if あなた really do want to be a Christian goth because it's a lifestyle that appeals to you, not because あなた want to be one.

Well 検索 for some christian goth artists to use them as examples... Are あなた a protestant? If あなた are, doesn't your church have pastors あなた can get an appointment with and with whom あなた can talk so that あなた can find some solution?

All I can say is, be you. If that あなた is Goth, then I don't see the problem. If you're Christian that's great that あなた believe in God. People are just judgemental and stupid and always will be wherever あなた go so all あなた can do is try to ignore them.

Nobody can't order あなた how to look like-neither your parents.Christian goths are cool & if あなた want to be one of them あなた have to be strong enough to stand up to your parents and everyone else..Just don't give a f*ck about what anyone says.

I think あなた should talk to the calmly, like an adult. Explain why あなた think this way and 表示する them examples of other Christian Goths. Try to be really good in the days before あなた do this, though. Try cleaning and doing chores without being asked to, and be really nice (not that あなた aren't already).

Argue with them. Tell them how going goth isn't going to change your 愛 for God and Jesus, and that it is just a lifestyle that a lot of good people do just because it made them feel unique.

Then, after the talk, do the walk. Whether または not they approved of your style, go goth and 表示する them that あなた haven't and will never let antything as trivial as a ゴシック style ruin your relatioship with God. Go to church in goth, pray morning, noon, and night in goth, read the Bible in goth, and eat and sleep in goth. That'll 表示する 'em! ;-)

yeah my parents are overprotective too, i have no fb..well anyway i think あなた should be true to yourself and tell your parents no matter how crazy they think あなた are. あなた have to let them know that, that is who i am and what i love. They have to understand that and be supportive to you, rather than making fun of you. Be true to yourself no matter what ANYONE thinks. Hope this helps!

I think that's really great. I want to be the same thing, so I understand what あなた mean. Also, if your parents are "ashamed" of you, they obviously do not support you. They should be able to support あなた in anything. (except for like being a rapist または something...). So just tell the truth to your parents, and remember, God will be with you.
