It looks like a horse, so if this really is your first time, this is a great start. あなた could use a lot of practice though. The only helpful アドバイス I can give あなた (I suck at drawing horses, yours is a beauty compared to what I'd draw) is that あなた could try to draw its manes down, and make them go longer down the neck. They are too short.
Don't worry, I still think this looks pretty good. If あなた ask me everyone can draw, and so can you.
It's pretty good for someone in fourth grade. I really suck at drawing in paint; mine would probably look like that too, and i'm a ninth grader. Of course, it could use a little work, but it's pretty good for someone your age and for something on paint.
あなた have the potential to become a great artist. Try focousing on pencil-and-paper works instead. Cultivate your talents.

i got say thats a nice drawing my friend good work and give u a A+ for that drawing if u keep drawing pictures then some 日 u can become a artist so keep up the good work and never give up on ur dreams my friend

She didn't do anything wrong.. who cares about the stupid policy anyway, many other kinds 仮面舞踏会 as 13 年 olds on here and don't cause any problems, so what's the big deal?

Lol, I'm 23 and I can't draw anything in Paint, its a terrible application, I'm afraid. It probably doesn't help that I also suck at painting and drawing (unless DBZ characters, and not on Paint). I'd say its not a bad effort.
Yes, あなた are. :) I'm a very good artist, and I started off like how あなた are right now on the computer. don't worry, if あなた keep at it, you'll get better on both paper AND the computer, I promise! This is how I draw on the computer now, but I can do WAAAAY better on paper. just keep practicing! and strive for exellence, not perfection.
