Wtf is wrong with me?

Okay,so there's this boy in my school.A couple years 前 we couldnt stand each other,and for no apparent reason,then he 発言しました he liked me and has been nice since but i hate him...so today,i saw him and he didnt say anything(he usually does) and didnt text (he always does).Then why am i bothered that he hasnt 発言しました anything to me if i hate him? Would it be that my ハート, 心 likes him and i dont even know?
