Oh God. "No bother" is the same as "No problem" and "Yeah, you're welcome". This mere reply doesn't and cannot indicate if he's interested in あなた または not.
I have no clue how "no bother" translate either way...maybe he likes you, maybe he just wants to be your friend...that's not a fucking translation from either view.
Just adding someone on フェイスブック is not going to make him think that あなた like him... I mean, come on, how is he supposed to know あなた like him, if haven't 与えられた him any clues. As EatThis said, talk to him in real life... if あなた can't do that, then it will never work. People just hide behind social networking and thats why relationships don't work, when they start like that. Talk to him! And tell him あなた like him. Duh.
Hm... It says here that your crush added あなた back as a friend, but it doesn't say whether または not he knows that あなた like him and want to date. Hm... Maybe his cluelessness might be the reason why he's not asking あなた out または anything?
