I think he is probably on the rebound after you- i doubt he really loves your bff cos if he did he'd have loved her from the start. he's probably trying to make あなた jealous, so he may still like you.

Just go up to her and tell her that it is bothering u. If she is a true friend, she will listen and not do those things in front of u.
