What do あなた mean によって "items"? If あなた mean like 記事 and stuff like that then at the beginning of the 記事 there is a cute little button that says "fan of it"? and then あなた click it and POOF your a ファン of that particular article.

like at the 上, ページのトップへ of your プロフィール page, 次 to the props, there's a little trophy type thing that says *insert user name* is a ファン of *insert number* of items.
There is a resonably large, green button, usually at the 上, ページのトップへ right of the item, that has the word "Fan" on it, just click that and BAM. You're a fan.
