Oh, I live in Iowa so my family has to deal with them every summer >.< I would just tell あなた to stay away from the windows in your house, and stay at the lowest point of the house as well, most likely the basement. Tornadoes usually follow up during a thunderstorm, so I would suggest not to take a シャワー during the storm. ^^
