Help Me Please!!

I have been signed up for ポッターモア now for a while and no matter what I do I can get in and it keeps saying my ユーザー名 and パスワード don't match up. I don't know what to try because I have made sure my パスワード is the right one and i have even changed to be absolutely sure I have the right パスワード but it still won't let me in!

Then I suggest あなた drop that account and sign up for another one. There is probably a problem with that first account and no matter what あなた try it will not work ever again. I had one and tried so I just got another account.
