His Focus Blast is super powerful. Scraggy's is too, but I believe Excadrill's is better.

Ash's Scraggy's is good, but I think maybe since Iris's Exadrill is a higher level it's Focus Blast is stronger.

Yeah his is much stronger than Scraggy's, and I think a reason for that is he practiced the Move with Iris right after he learned it, but Scraggy and Ash, despite they still trained, didn't train that often. Scraggy finally mastered the Move though in "Unrest at the Nursery".
