I feel like Takeshi-kun/Brock acted like a mentor for Satoshi/Ash in a way with his knowledge of Pokemon being a breeder and it seems like he's been a big help for Satoshi-kun/Ash for a long time.

Because Brock sugar codes things too much and Misty is brutely honest. When she gives her brutely honest perspective he ends up growing and doing better.

i think brock he helped as a lot more then misty did. he's in all the seasons ( not including B/W cause it's the worst Anime of all) Brock is like Ash's big brother

Brock definetly cause he stayed with Ash through all of his adventures up to the Unova region. Thats a lot!!

I voted Brock. Misty was quite mean to Ash.
