I realize that many may have hoped for a Skilene-theme to this upcoming episode, but I’m afraid that just isn’t so. I’m not speculating that the date will be with Fred -- I know it will be with Fred because that’s what is written in a summary of the episode for TV Guide (a reliable source). I do not mean to spoil anything for anybody, but this information is available to anyone with a computer -- I’m just reporting on it. The evidence is here: link

As for my wish on the date’s outcome, I hope it does not go well. It would be funnier to see it be a complete disaster, and I couldn’t imagine Marlene going for the not-too-bright squirrel (as seen in the “Otter Gone Wild” and “Mask of the Raccoon” episodes) over Skipper -- or even Mort, for that matter!

We’ll just have to wait and see, I guess.

Of note: Voting on this pick I have set to close on December 4, the day before the episode “Otter Things Have Happened” is set to premiere.

i hope that along the way, somehow, maybe, those clueless penguins will come to realize that they might actually like her. if not, then i guess i want to see a disaster date. always fun to watch

i don't care, i think the date will be hilarious since Fred is such an idiot, but i don't think the penguins should get jealous, but i think they would try to help marlene break up with him since the date ends up being a disaster.

just saw most of it, i didn't see how it ended. but it's not the penguins that get jealous, it's king julien. i wish max the cat and marlene should be together.
