Chapter 1: For starters
Monday. 10:03 a.m.
It was a warm breezy 日 in the 月 of May (Hey, that rhymed!). The penguins were lying around the HQ, bored. Their training was done for the day, sooner then Skipper expected.
Kowalski was mixing different chemicals at one corner of the room, hoping to discover something out of the blue. Rico was just brushing his doll girlfriend's plastic hair...for 52 分 straight. Private was watching TV, changing the channels with the remote. Nothing good was on, so he eventually turned it off.
He looked at Skipper, who was 読書 a book. Ever since Phil and Mason taught everyone in the whole zoo how to read, Skipper was just practicing.
"That was some adventure last week, eh Skippa'?" 発言しました Private, hoping to start a conversation.
Skipper looked up from the book after turning the page. "Huh? Oh. Uh, yea. That was...Uh..."
"Fun?" 発言しました Kowalski.
"Uh, yea! Fun!"
Everyone paused and stared at each other, waiting for someone to say something.
"Ssssso. Did anyone...find Julien annoying?"
Everyone nodded, "Yes."
...
An awkward silence filled the room...
Skipper looked at the clock.
10:06
...(Tick-Tock,Tick-Tock)
10:07
No one moved....
...
Private coughed.
"I CAN'T TAKE THIS ANYMORE!!!" he yelled, which startled everyone. "Boys...I've never been this bored ever since we watched a video...about the history of a mango."
Everyone nodded in agreement.
"But Skippa', what are we going to do?" asked Private. "We've done all our training for the month. And it's only the 5th 日 of May. Oh hey! Heheh...That rhymed!"
"Yes..." 発言しました Skipper. "Kowalski, options!"
Kowalski took out his clipboard. "...We can go outside?"
Everyone looked at Skipper.
He shrugged. "Eh, beats 読書 this phone book for 3 hours."
=====(Outside the HQ)
"Skippa', what are we doing out here?" asked Private, streching his flippers and breathing in the cool air.
"I dunno. Maybe we should practice our swimming," 発言しました Skipper, "gives us something to do."
Everyone jumped in the water one-by-one.
But after several laps around the water, they hopped back. "Well, that's all I got," sighed Skipper.
They all collapsed on the ground and looked at the sky. Private saw a pigeon flew over the clocktower. "Hey, didn't Frankie gave us a feather crystal of the ファルコン thing?" 発言しました Private.
Rico shrugged. "Meh."
"We tricked Marlene into keeping it right?" 発言しました Skipper.
"You want to look for it?" asked Kowalski.
After 5 秒 of waiting they hopped down and slide towards Marlene's habitat.
=====(Marlene's habitat)
Marlene was inside her room, laying on her stone bed.
Bored.
"Today is so boring!" she complained. "I wish some excitment would just pop into my bedroom!" She heard a small whisper.
Suddenly there was an exploation, and the manhole in her room poped up. "Gah!" Marlene sat up quickly.
Out came Skipper and his crew with their usual fighting stance, which wasn't really noticable until the smoke cleared. Marlene shot an annoyed look at them. "Guys! What are あなた doing!" she yelled. "Why did あなた blow up my room!?"
Skipper scoffed. "We didn't blow-up your room. We blew up the manhole that leads to your room!" he said. "It was nailed shut."
Marlene crossed her arms. "I nailed it so あなた guys wouldn't pop in like あなた usually do!"
Skipper smiled. "You think a bunch of nails can stop us?"
"No," she replied. "A friend suggested it."
Skipper waddled forward. "And who is your so-called friend?" he asked.
"Classified." Then she smirked.
Skipper's smile disappered. "Look, I don't have time to play games Marlene."
"Because you're not fun..." she mummbled, which made Private giggle. Skipper glared at her. She smiled back innocently.
"We're looking for the feather."
Marlene's face started to heat up. "Uh, what feather? Who's feather? I don't know anything about a feather!" she 発言しました quickly.
Private told her, "We're talking about the feather of the crystal falcon. Ya know. The one we tricked あなた into-" Skipper elbowed his chest. "-I mean gave you...to keep until further notice."
"Uh, I don't remember..." she lied.
Skipper narrowed his eyes. "Private, Lights! Rico, shine a flashlight on her!"
Private flipped the switch and Rico shone a light on the otter. Everyone moved forward.
Kowalski began, "Where-"
Marlene interruped him. "Wait! No need for the interrogation!" she said, waving her hands. "Fine! I'll tell you."
The lights turned back on and Rico swallowed the flashlight. Skipper put his flippers on his hips and raised an eyebrow. "I'm waiting."
Marlene rubbed the back of her head. "Well...ya see...Uh, here's a funny story. Uh..." She laughed nervously. "Well...I...don't have...the...feather."
"What!" 発言しました Skipper.
"She 発言しました she doesn't have the feather," Private whispered to Skipper.
"I heard her!" he yelled. "Marlene, what happened to the feather?"
"I kinda gave it to my friend in a letter," she replyed, rubbing the back of her head. "I have one of her letters here somewhere." Marlene looked for them at her 表, テーブル from across the room. "Found it!" she said. Skipper snached it from her paws. "Hey!"
Skipper read the letter.

What's up Marlene!
I keep thinking the 'Dear' part is getting kind of old to start a letter. So I used 'What's up!' あなた like?
Well, about the feather. Don't worry, I'll keep it safe. It's funny how your friend Skipper thought it was OK to give it to あなた willy-nilly and then あなた gave it to me. But maybe he did that because he trusted you...or not. But even though あなた gave it to me, it probably doesn't change a thing because I doubt that he actually trusts anybody! Ahahahaha!
Well, enough about this "trust" talk. How are you? Does Julien still think あなた like him? Is Skipper still a boring stick-in-the-mud? I still don't get that saying because I once had fun with some mud and sticks! But that is why my white feathers are VERY gray now...or because I was rolling around in ashes after that then I didn't bother cleaning up for 4 days...(And spending too much time in the sun)
Well, I have to finish this letter. My roomie/bestie is going to visit her cousins in Virginia. Bye-bye!
-Icicle B.

"Hey! I thought あなた 発言しました I wasn't boring!" 発言しました Skipper.
"No. I said, "Nice move" after Julien's crown fell into the sewers then あなた invited me to play checkers," 発言しました Marlene. "Well, if あなた want I can write back to her."
"Fine. Ask her to give the feather back," ordered Skipper. "Now, while your doing that, we're going out to get snowcones." His teams cheered and high-fived.
"Can あなた bring me one?" asked Marlene.
"No!" He yelled. When Skipper turned, Marlene frowned. Kowalski and Rico followed, but Private stayed behind and whispered to Marlene, "Don't worry. He's only kidding," and left to get his snowcone.
Marlene smiled and began to write the letter.
And it has me in it! :3
