The little boy was stabbed in the guts numerous times until his guts were shown, he was the first victim.the weapon used on these victims was a large pair of scissors.

Marlene was sitting there, listening to this little boy being stabbed, over and over again, and she couldn't do anything about it.

The little boys voice slowly came to a halt, and all she could hear was stabbing, until she heard nothing at all, anymore.
