The prosecutor in the Michael Jackson manslaughter preliminary hearing -- which begins tomorrow -- will not call Michael's eldest son, Prince Michael, to testify about what he saw the 日 his dad died ... sources tell TMZ.



Dr. Conrad Murray has 発言しました after administering CPR he ran downstairs and asked the chef to send up Prince Michael, who saw his dad's lifeless body lying in the bed.

In fact, we're told no one from MJ's family will be called to the stand during the prelim.

As TMZ first reported, prosecutors plan to call 30 witnesses during the 2-week prelim ... many of whom will be medical professionals offering opinions about the standard of care administered によって Dr. Murray.

There will be no "star witness" in the prelim. Sources tell us the various witnesses will form building blocks, making the case that Dr. Murray acted recklessly によって administering Propofol and other drugs to Jackson the 日 he died.

Sources connected with the Michael Jackson/Sony deal tell TMZ ... among the 10 albums in the works is a remaster of "Off the Wall" -- with the help of none other than Quincy Jones.


We're told the plan is for Quincy to take charge of the project, which will include some never-before-heard outtakes.

Another album will feature the soundtrack to the upcoming Jackson-themed Cirque du Soleil 表示する in Las Vegas.

There are reports circulating that Sony will release 10 original albums, but that's not true. In addition to the release of "MICHAEL" on Tuesday, we're told there will be at least one other album with original songs and at most two.

Julien's Auctions had their "Icons & Idols" auction Saturday night and a single グローブ worn によって MJ during the "Bad" tour in the late 1980s went for a whopping $330,000. A fedora he wore on stage went for $72,000.

Other highlights included an x-ray of Albert Einstein's brain, which went for $38,750, and a pair of Marilyn Monroe's empty prescription bottles, which sold for $18,750.

The good people of Canada never had a chance to view the Michael Jackson documentary, "Gone Too Soon" -- and now the owners of the flick are declaring war on the distributor ... claiming he personally screwed the entire country.



TMZ obtained a lawsuit filed によって Objective Films, LLC -- in which they claim they agreed to sell the French and Canadian distribution rights to a company headed によって a guy named Pierre Turgeon for $100k back in 2009.

Objective says they got the first $50k -- but Turgeon flaked on the back half ... and then tried to back out of the deal altogether. Objective was able to get the flick distributed in France ... Canada wasn't so lucky.

Dr. Conrad Murray won't just face the judge in his manslaughter case on Monday -- we're told an army of MJ ファン plans a little surprise of its own ... in the protest department.



A rep for Justice4MJ -- the ファン group planning the demonstration -- tells TMZ that scores of Jackson ファン plan to attend ... and it's all going down on the freeway overpass near the L.A. courthouse.

We're told when the hearing ends ... the protesters plan to march from the courthouse -- then quickly スプリット, 分割 for the overpasses as Murray makes his exit. They will bid Dr. Murray adieu as he drives off -- probably not in the friendliest of ways.

But we're guessing the protest is the least of Dr. Murray's worries.
