As they were taking and carrying on Diane came out to go get something out of the car. Just then David realized he forgot his cellphone in his car, so he and Diane walked down to their cars together since he was parked off to the far side of Diane. As Diane was about to lock her car back up, michael looked up to see a white バン coming down the street. Suddenly 4 shots rang out. One hitting Davids car, the bullet barley missed his head as he ran for cover. Three hit Diane, Diane then collasped on the ground, michael tried to run to her but all he could do was scream in agony as Diane laid there dying.
