He worked at the local bookstore 2 blocks from his house. A simple job, not very exciting, but it put 食 on the 表, テーブル an paid the bills and that's all that mattered to Michael. As he entered the store he was greeted によって a co worker named Erica. Erica was a high school student who worked part time at the store. She was fairly tall with blond hair and dark blue eyes. She was very friendly and personable, always had a smile on her face. Though they weren't terribly close, Michael and Erica enjoyed each other's company and often talked during their break.
"Good morning Michael!" Erica smiled cheerfully. Michael smiled half-heartedly at her. She was surprised によって this, he was usually happier in the morning. Erica gently touched his arm. "Hey, what's the matter?" she asked. He shrugged his shoulders at her. "Just one of those days I guess." "Oh, I'm sorry." She sympathized with him. "Well, just keep your head up, あなた never know when something's gonna walk in that door and change your life." Michael looked at Erica as if she was crazy. "Yeah, that'll be the day." he mumbled under his breath as he walked away. He should've heeded Erica's words as a warning.
A few hours went によって bringing very few customers to the store. によって now, Erica had left for her lunch break, leaving Michael alone. His eyes wandered throughout the empty store. He leaned on the counter and put his head in his hands. So many thoughts ran through his mind; he could fell tears welling up in his eyes. Suddenly, the ベル over the front door rang. He didn't look up right away, thinking it was just Erica. But when he didn't hear her voice, that's when he looked up. He saw a raven-haired, Latina beauty standing によって the door. Michael's jaw dropped at the sight of her. She was the most exquisitely beautiful woman he'd ever seen. She was 5'11 with a 2 ft long river of jet black hair that cascaded behind her as she turned. She kept her sunglasses on, hiding her eyes, but she had a perfectly angular face and full red lips. She had the physique of a Greek goddess and the wardrobe of a millionaire. She kept Michael fixated on her the entire time she was there. Neither one of them 発言しました anything. She kept her hands in her pockets and her sunglasses on the entire time. Michael never broke his stare from her once. Even as she walked up to the counter, he couldn't take his eyes off her. Michael smiled at her and looked away for a brief moment when he heard something click. He turned back and saw something protruding from her pocket; a gun.

La Toya Jackson thinks a lot of Michael Jackson haters have had a change of ハート, 心 since her brother died -- but it's unclear whether she's including Gene Simmons in that group.
You'll recall キッス got dropped from the upcoming MJ tribute コンサート in part because Gene has 発言しました he believes Michael was a child molester.
This weekend in Bev Hills we asked La Toya if she thought the コンサート should be off limits to artists who disrespected Michael. Her answer is all about forgiveness ... but are あなた buying it?

The Michael Jackson estate is tired of waiting for Lloyd's of ロンドン to pay out on the $17.5 million "This Is it" insurance policy -- so they're going after Lloyd's in court ... demanding they pay up, stat.
Lloyd's of ロンドン originally issued the policy to cover potential losses for MJ's 2009 "This Is It" concerts -- but earlier this year, the company asked an L.A. court to declare the policy null and void ... claiming MJ lied about his medical history and drug addiction.
Lloyd's insists the policy "was restricted to losses resulting from accident only" -- pointing out Michael's official cause of death was "homicide."
But the estate is now on the offensive -- filing a cross-complaint, claiming MJ never intended to die, whether によって homicide または not, so his death still qualifies as an accident.
But the estate isn't just settling for the original $17.5 million -- they also want punitive damages. FYI, suing for punitive damages often scares the crap out of insurance companies.

Katherine Jackson tells TMZ she knows of NO evidence to support the conspiracy theory that people connected with the Michael Jackson Estate killed the singer.
A number of people, including LaToya Jackson, have suggested there was a conspiracy to kill Michael, and LaToya has 発言しました she believes Estate honchos were involved.
Katherine tells TMZ ... "It is only natural for people who loved Michael, including family members, to be suspicious about the circumstances surrounding Michael’s untimely death. So far I have not seen one shred of evidence that anyone associated with Michael’s estate conspired to kill him.
She continues, "If such evidence ever comes to my attention I will be the first to bring those facts to light. No one loved Michael もっと見る than I loved him, but no one should be falsely accused, as Michael was, of a crime they did not commit."
