Why was Michael afraid of dogs?

I mean he had lions, snakes, etc. Any reason that あなた know of to explain why he would be afraid?

He only 発言しました he was afraid of Elizabeth Taylor's little white dog. Why? I have noooo clue! probably bites at him または something lol

edit: actually if I recall correctly, he 発言しました he didn't LIKE the dog, not afraid of it
