SHINee's Jonghyun dished on his feelings about making his solo debut during his 'hashtag' interview with 1theK!
Jonghyun revealed that he came up with 'BASE' as his album タイトル because his first encounter with 音楽 was with the ベース instrument, and also mentioned that it rhymes with Taemin's solo album title, 'ACE'. He also chose IU（アイユー） as the artist whom he wants to collaborate with again. Although they previously collaborated for IU's "Gloomy Clock", he 発言しました wants IU（アイユー） to feature in his song 次 time. He later expressed his admiration for Wheesung, and 発言しました that he is paying homage to him with "Hallelujah".
