anyone know a good program to use to make アイコン and 壁紙 and stuff like tht? much appreciated :)

Um... there§s the usual Photoshop and Gimp and whatnot. But I usually just use the online ones. Likie picnik.com for example.
I'm sure あなた would be able to find lots of online editors on Google :)

i like photofiltre studio! and adobe photoshop CS3 または CS4.
