DeviantART is the website where we post our arts, pictures... and also stories. Also コメント on other images. If あなた make an image, DeviantART is the best place to post it and 表示する it to everyone. Also if あなた write a story it's a good place to 表示する it to people as well (although I prefer FanFiction.net for the stories).
あなた can post your drawings, arts, cosplays... And other images.
Many people take stuff from there to ファンポップ (I'm one of them actually...).
