The stepmother too; except in the 3rd movie, she actually had power in that one.

Maleficent! I hate her! She mentioned the word "Hell" and is extremely evil...I'm against evel 100%! No ディズニー villain is as evil as her! I also hate Sir Ratigan...the cruel monster! He was so mean to Olivia and forced her poor father to work! :'(

HE'S JUST SO SCARY, and... EVIL!!!
And everyone knows he had the hots for Esmerelda, but he didn't have to act a pervy about it.

Control Freak from Teen Titans. I like my villains suave, dark, mysterious, and cool, not nerdy and lame and annoying.
