while she seems like she'd be an OK ruler if she WANTED to be (she has the compassion needed), she hated being a princess and never once thought about her people needing her or anything. That makes for a pretty bad ruler.

It's also tempting to say Pocahontas, who almost did the same thing, but didn't in the end, so she doesn't get the vote yet.

She gets bored and frustrated too quickly, did not like being confined in the castle, and is extremely adventurous. She is not the most responsible person out there. I think her and Aladdin would bail a lot

she can't think for herself...she needs to be taken care of

Jasmine doesn't really like being a princess, I think she would be more concerned about reforming the monarchy so she could do what she wanted and not reforming the system and making it fairer for her people.

I'm not sure she'd interact very well with her subjects.

Snow White can think for herself, she is just a little bit naïve...but she "ruled" the household of the dwarves very competent, so I think Jasmine should go first. If she isn't even aware of the concept of paying, I doubt that she would understand anything about poverty. She would be a terrible ruler for that alone.

She doesn't seem to have a political vein at all. At least Jasmine would defend the people against the injustices.
