The first ディズニー Princess Movie I watched was Sleeping Beauty when I was a little girl. I liked Aurora, Phillip and the fairy sequences but when Maleficent came on I got bored and hid behind the settee. Causing my mum to think I was scared of Maleficent. My mum wondered if I wanted it to be turned off. I 発言しました no. I sat on the settee and watched the ending, which I loved.

Thanks to Princesslullaby's 最近 アンケート questions, I ended up looking at my own childhood vs. each ディズニー Princess's childhood. Some of this is just painful for me, and there is no getting around that.

This revisionist fairytale, while less inspired than average ピクサー・アニメーション・スタジオ fare, boasts typical awe-inspiring アニメーション and flare. The contemporary story of mother-daughter bonding is a step in a new direction, but the main problem is the convoluted execution and the fact that Merida craves adventure but is stuck in a mother-daughter psychodrama.
