What if all of the ディズニー Princes were from American cities? Which ones would they be from? (*Note, I comprised this 一覧 of where they would be born and raised from not where they would be most suited as a free choosing adult. That is another list.)

Floridian: Cape May, New Jersey
Because it is traditional and very romantic and serene.

Henry: Chicago, Illinois
Because it is the center of the mid-west. Perfect combination of traditional with some progressive and completely balanced.

Phillip: Miami, Florida
Because it is a laid-back and playful place.

Eric: Los Angeles, California
Because it is the biggest port town.

Adam: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Because it is an aggressive and violent place.

Aladdin: New York, New York
Because the people are very cold to strangers and especially homeless people and there is a big socio-economic culture that would make sense as encouraging アラジン to desire bigger and grander things as he did in the film.

John Smith: Boston, Massachusetts
Because it is one of the oldest American cities and one of the toughest. Also a port town.

John Rolfe: Raleigh, North Carolina
Because it has a big tobacco industry and he was a tobacco business owner in real life.

(*Honorary Hercules: Cleveland, Ohio)
Because it is a typical middle American city with similar values as the one he grew up in, in the film.

Li Shang: Seattle, Washington
Because it is close to Asia and has a high Asian population.

Naveen: Atlanta, Georgia
Because it has some very wealthy elite families who care strongly about old traditions.

Eugene: San Diego, California
Because it is nice and would make the most sense for Eugene to keep getting away with being a criminal and stealing from people with money.

Kristoff: Minneapolis-St.Paul, Minnesota
Because it has a high rate of Scandinavians and also has a very efficient and productive culture like Kristoff's personality.

I added Hercules because I don't understand why he doesn't get to be in the franchise. Hercules did well and he was the son of the basically king of gods in Zeus. He was like a god-prince. I realize he gave that up but it was a selfless decision for love.
I also added John Rolfe because he and Pocahontas got married in real life (and he's in Pocahontas 2).

coolsinger198 Great article! I only disagree with Aladdin being in New York because it is a homeless area and all. New York is one of the richest and best cities in the world. Its not just because I live there, lol but Chicago actually has more crime! Great article! I love the way you write!

laylastepford I put Aladdin in New York not because New York is a homeless area but because of how New Yorkers treat the homeless. They never give them the time of day and don't want to be bothered by them. That's how Aladdin was living in the beginning of the movie. No one was trying to help him out or care about his situation and the only time the people noticed him was when he was in the middle of a crime. I will re-write that little sentence to make that more clear because I totally understand that I didn't choose the best wording to make that the clearest. Thank you for pointing it out to me. My biggest problem with Aladdin and New York is that New York gets cold and snowy in the winter and the middle east (Agrabah) does not. Then again I know New York gets very humid in the summer and the middle east is incredibly humid. He was probably the hardest for me to find a fitting American city. Chicago is way too nice and 50s like in my opinion. The people are very friendly and still have a lot of older American values still. Also New York has a big money culture and New Yorkers (in general) care more about what money you have than most other cities in America so I thought that made it fit better too. It makes sense that Aladdin would aspire for more money and nicer things in New York when he sees that people treat others better when they have more money and status. Thank you.
