Just a quick little Fic that popped into my head,
for all the L（デスノート） ファン out there, Enjoy!
L（デスノート） sat on the high backed metal office chair in front of his computer scanning through some of the information they had gathered that day. He pulled his knees closer to his chest with his left hand while his right hand absently left the マウス and blindly felt around for his near empty イチゴ Sundae glass.
L’s hand finally found the デザート container and, ignoring the spoon, reached in with one long index finger, scooped out some of the whip cream and イチゴ sauce that clung to the edge of the glass then brought it to his mouth as his wide eyes continued to take in the facts on the glowing computer screen in front of him.
He finished licking the sweets of his finger and smacked his lips together contentedly as he placed his hand back on the マウス to scroll down through the latest pages of the Kira file.
The room was quite except for soft humming sound the computer made as it strained to keep up with the pace at which its genius user was flashing threw various programs and files.
L（デスノート） absorbed information very fast and deciphered it ever faster.
It was impossible for anyone to keep up with him, and もっと見る often then not they only managed to
slow him down, which is why he had sent everyone ホーム for the evening so he could have time
to sort threw things without any interruptions または distractions.
He had even decided to remove the handcuffs from light for the evening, Telling himself that he was unable to decipher his thoughts about light because he was too close to him and as a prime suspect in the Kira case it would be better for him to once again observe light from afar.
Light was how ever much closer then he was when he had been monitored in his ホーム によって the hidden cameras L（デスノート） had placed some months before.
L（デスノート） glanced up at one of the large tv screens, that held the 画像 of all the surveillance cameras L（デスノート） used as his eyes for the outside world.
He focused on the left corner of the screen where he noticed light was sleeping quite soundly in his apartment, Just two floors above.
Then he looked at the image beside it where he saw Misa pacing accost her apartments living room floor.
“Peculiar”L thought to him self, “What would be keeping Miss Aname awake at a quarter to two in the morning.” “Hmm” he sighed chewing on his thumbnail.
“Had she awoken from a restless sleep?, or, had she not gone to ベッド all together?.” L（デスノート） looked at the 次 panel on the screen that showed Misa’s bedroom her blanked was wrinkled and one side of the covers had been thrown back on themselves indicating that she had at least been in ベッド once that night.
He looked back at the tiny Misa pacing across the floor, on the screen she looked as though she was trying hard to figure something out, または she was undecided about something,
She had even started to walk toward the door a few times but changed her mind mid stride and turned back to resume her pacing.
Since it appeared that neither Light nor Misa where doing anything that would lead L（デスノート） to a major breakthrough in the Kira case he decided to continue to read threw the 一覧 of Kira’s most 最近 victims.
The only thing this 一覧 did however, was 確認 that there where defiantly three different Kira’s, for even though the way in which he killed his victims was summarily puzzling and the victims had all been もっと見る または less people the world could do without, there was still a noticeable difference in the murders like the system of killings had been evolving または shifting gears,
Either way L（デスノート） had decided two things.
#1. There where defiantly three different people claiming to be Kira.
#2. Only one Kira at a time was committing murders,
that fact was the most confusing to L.
Where they working together?, Taking turns?, Using there different killing patterns to confuse authorities wile assuming the same name? It seemed unlikely to L（デスノート） that that was the case.
L（デスノート） stretched and wiggled all ten toes that hung slightly off the edge of his chair and then used his left foot to scratch the 上, ページのトップへ of his right one.
This case was turning out to be one of his most challenging which both thrilled and irradiated him because he loved the great challenge its level of difficulty presented him but also disliked the length of time it was taking him to crack the case, for even though he knew it would be impossible for a normal person to reach even half the conclusions he had, he also felt his talent was slipping because the case had not been solved in the amount of time he had originally estimated it would take him.
L（デスノート） looked up once もっと見る at the large screens above him and noticed Misa was no longer pacing in her living room.
He looked over to see she was not only absent from the living room but she was not back in her ベッド either.
L（デスノート） quickly scanned the other screens and finally found Misa entering the elevator outside her apartment.
“Where was she going?” L’s hand moved for his cell phone, prepared to call for backup if Misa needed to be followed out of the building but relaxed when she pushed the 24th floor button which meant she wasn’t leaving without talking to him first.
He then re focused his attention on his computer and waited for the familiar clicking sound the door maid which was magnified によって the large empty room.
Sure enough less than thirty 秒 later Misa opened the door.
She walked quietly across the floor, her black 毛皮 covered house shoes making a soft shuffling noise as she came closer to where L（デスノート） was sitting until she stood right behind him.
L（デスノート） didn’t 移動する nor did he acknowledge the fact that Misa had even entered the room and the silence that L（デスノート） had maintained in the room since everyone had left,continued on.
Misa stood アナと雪の女王 in the silence until she could stand it no longer,
“Um, Excuse me, L?” Misa 発言しました hesitantly in her sweetest voice. “Yes..Misa?.”
“I was..um, just wondering..if あなた might consider leaving the handcuffs off Light tomorrow, so we could go on a 日付 alone.” “No, あなた know I can’t do that Misa.” “Ohhh, L（デスノート） Pleaseee!? ,Just for lunch, and maybe a movie, and then あなた can cuff him back.” L（デスノート） did not respond immediately.
He hated how easily Misa disregarded his response to he 質問 as if he never really meant
what he 発言しました and continued on as if he hadn’t 発言しました no.
“You could put cameras up everywhere we go and have us followed at a distance, または what ever あなた want, Just please let us go somewhere without having to drag あなた along.”
L（デスノート） spun his chair around to face Misa.
He tilted his head slightly as he took in Misa’s appearance up close, she was still in her night ガウン a very short black sateen number with red レース trim on the 上, ページのトップへ and bottom over it she wore a sheer black long sleeve cover that was tied in front with a thin red sateen bow and had black 毛皮 at the ends of the sleeves to match her house shoes.
His eyes grew wide and when he finally managed to speak his voice wasn’t as steady as he had hoped it would be, “Um, Misa, are あなた saying that あなた do not like me?” “Of course I like あなた L!, I just wish Light and I could have a little alone time.” “But あなた would not really be alone Misa. If I had cameras on あなた and had あなた followed as あなた said, your 日付 would be even less private than if I alone went with you. I would also like to point out that if I where left here I would be watching あなた two much もっと見る closely then if I was with you, so I don’t see how あなた think it is better that way and personally don’t see how there is a difference.” “There’s a difference” Misa 発言しました sulkily “Believe me.” L（デスノート） rolled the pros and cons of Misa’s request around in his mind for a wile, his thumb placed absently in the center of his bottom lip as he thought.
The he spun his chair around so he could grab the Sundae glass off the 机, デスク and began eating again, this time using the dainty デザート spoon to get the last of the sweets off the bottom of the glass.
L（デスノート） turned to face Misa once more, and said, threw a full 蛾 full of ice cream “Okay Misa, Mmmmm, あなた may go out with Light alone for two hours tomorrow only on the condition that あなた give me a 一覧 of exactly where あなた want to go, what roads あなた will be taking and what places あなた will be visiting. Also あなた must let Matsuda drive あなた where ever it is your going, this way there will be less cameras for me to install.” L（デスノート） abandoned the spoon for his finger again licking it loudly at which Misa cringed slightly, and 発言しました “Ewww, how can あなた eat sweets at this time of night?” “Mmmmm” he 発言しました pulling his finger out of his mouth, “It’s very good, it helps me think, do あなた want some?” He 発言しました holding a finger full of whipped cream at her “Gross!, No thanks!.” “Suit your self” L（デスノート） 発言しました eating it himself.
“So, do あなた agree to the rules, I have 与えられた then, Misa?” “Yes of course!, I’ll do anything.”
“Good, then bring me your written schedule によって 7am.” “Ohhh L, Thank あなた Sooooo Much!” Misa squeaked then she threw her arms around him and hugged him so tight he thought he might drop his dessert. Misa let go and skipped off to make her plans for her 日付 with Light.
Wile L（デスノート） turned his attention back to his computer once もっと見る with a small smile on his pale face.
This case might not be so bad after all.
