i absolutely loved it a couple of years ago when no one had heard of it but now people have ruined it because its effing everywhere!! i am so sick of it. potentially one of the best books ever tainted by overkill.

The books are a good read when I'm bored and if I haven't read them for a long time. But I don't enjoy it like I used to - the hordes of unintelligent fangirls have ruined it for me. Like it's said above me - it's tainted by overkill.

I'm not a particularly big fan of the book; it's the first book I've picked up and not actually finished, mainly due to it being so badly written which, for me, kills a book...

I don't completely love it like I used to but I do still enjoy reading the books. The movie kind of sucked. But now Twilight is just another thing in my life that I like, not an obsession. It's like chairs. I like to sit in them, not love them so much I break them and make everyone hate them.

I like a lot of things about Twilight, but the very few things I HATE (like the obsessive fans, the obsessive haters, werewolves imprinting on babies...) sometimes take over.....

I enjoy Twilight, New Moon, Eclispe, and Breaking Dawn. But only the books..not the movies! I hate the movies. They are so overdramatic. I don't think that Kristen Stewart does a good job of acting as Bella. But I will still watch the movies anyways, just in case they start to get better. lol

It's so frusturating. I read it before it was huge, those freaking teenage girls turned my fantasy book about Vampires AND werewolves into a "How HOT do YOU think Edward Cullen is?" book. Okay, I am a teenage girl. But a sane one. Now I keep my fondness of Twilight on the down low.

The main story line, I'm not a big fan of, it centers around two cry babies who seem to need a lot more attention then anyone around wants to give, but I like the books for the charactes that are around the two cry babies. Jasper is one of my favs and trying to kill Bella...well Hell, that's a plus. I read that part of the book like 50 times I think, then there's the Volturi, they are my all my favs, but Jane and Caius kick the most ass mainly because they seem to be the two that really want Bella dead...*seeing a pattern here?* Yes, so all of the characters I like seem to be very anti Bella and Edward. The action that takes place in the books is what peaks my intrest and it's the only reason I read and watch the movies.

If it wasn't for the hype and the crazy fans, I would be totally okay with it. I wouldn't care, I would feel neutrality towards it if were just some average to low key obsession. plus, it's unrealistic. A story where a clutsy, drippy human falls in love with a vampire that doesn't say anything but "No" and "Hi" and "I'm going to kill myself." it's just too painful! A love story wear no one but the bad guys die? Honestly? Where's the reality in that. I hate it when people die, but it's great! Just the fact that a fictional character can have so much affect on you that you'd cry over their death but could easily just go back a few pages and they'd be alive. In Twilight, all Edward does is put teenage girls through unhealthy obbsessions. Why is everyone so hooked on Twilight? It's all jumbled up. In Harry Potter, every book leads up to something. It has a clue leading right to the end where all the mysteries are unravelled. It's amazing. She finds something to put in every book.

I used to really like them..but then i came across something utterly revolting..they were comparing it to harry potter!! I don't hold the fan stuff aginst the books themselves. I honestly don't get people who at first say they like something and then say it's crap just because of the reaction it gets from the public. People usually say they hate it because of how the vampires in it are (anti-Dracula) and that means one of two things: Either they haven't learned to accept change or they're just saying that but the real reason is that they're not smart enough to just ignore people.
