A Spanish Teacher was explaining to her class that in Spanish, unlike English, nouns are designated as either masculine または feminine. "House" for instance, is feminine: "la casa." "Pencil," however, is masculine: "el lapiz."

A student asked, "What gender is 'computer'?"
